Posted By: Bill H Sun, May 31, 2020 Your bowl has a four-medallion blessing of 'Long Life without Bounds' (Wan shou wu jiang - 萬壽無疆) on a famille jaune ground of scrolling melon vines (symbolizing fecundity in marriage) and a stamped base-mark of 'Made during the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty' (Da Qing Qian-long nian zhi - 大清乾隆年製). In my opinion, the bowl probably dates to around the second-early third quarter of the 20th century (late Republic-Early People's Repubic). |
