Subject:Signature ID on fine Japanese bronze Pigeon

Hello Everyone, I have this lovely pair of Japanese silvered bronze pigeons in my collection and wondered if anyone could translate the signature ?

Ps sorry about the picture of the full pigeon I had to keep cropping it down so it would get to the under 500kb allowed

Reads 'Issei saku' (一清作).

Hasegawa Issei (長谷川一清, active late Meiji to Taisho period) I presume.

Most probably Hasegawa Issei 長谷川一清　1875-1925
Meiji era metal artist.
