Can someone help me identify time frame and value of this 50x15 print? Thank you.

I think they are from the 1970-80's. Typical "Friendship Store" (large retail shops established in he major cities specially to cater foreign visitors) items.
The first picture from the screen rather looks like silk embroidery. If the embroidery is exceptionally good quality it might be more, but one can't tell it from picture. Let's say $40-60.

Inscription on the second picture,
中國麥稈畫 - Chinese Wheat Straw Picture
It's an unique Chinese handicraft item. The value of this kind of picture is largely reflected in its craftmanship. High quality straw picture must be smooth in texture.
This one really doesn't look excellent with the stains on the mounting, on the flea-market should bring $10.

With regards,
I.Nagy

The first picture of print is silk. The second picture is the box.

Dear Katy,
Now I see that the second picture is about the label on the box.
You can make it sure whether you have a colored straw picture or an embroidery or just a print if you take it out from the frame, remove the glass and touch it. If the box belongs to the picture, it must be a straw painting.
Please let me know about the result.

With regards,
I.Nagy

It does appear to be straw. It is more colorful than some of the ones I see online. Are the straw ones less valuable and more common? Here are some more detailed photos. Thank you for the feedback.

It's OK.
Seal reads,
潮州麥桿 - Chaozu Straw
Chaozu, City in Guandong province famous for the straw pictures.
