Hi, I also got curious with this emaki mono and could not determine if this is original or a reproduction. Any clue to what this is?

釋教卅六人謌仙  - Shakkyō Sanjurokkasen
勸修寺僧正榮海撰 - Kanjuji Sojō Eikai-sen
Thirty-six Immortals of Buddhist Poetry
Compiled by *Eikai, High-priest of Kanjuji (Temple)

Inscription on lid,
釋教三拾六謌僊 - Shakkyō Sanjurokkasen -
Thirty-six Immortals of Buddhist Poetry

The last 36th picture depicts Myoe-jōjin 明恵上人
- a poet, monk from the Kamakura period.
The artist's name reads,
春日光成 - Kasuga Kōna (Unidentifiable)

*Ekai 1278-1347 : Name of a priest of Shingon sect during the Namboku period.

During the subsequent centuries several written copies have been made from the original.
Your one is a printed copy from one of these written copies.
