Subject:Writings on the vase

It is a trapezoid (rectangle)-shaped vase (19" h x 7" w) with writings.
I would really appreciate your help on its meaning , please!

范仲淹　詞　御街行　-　Fan Zhongyan's poem Walking on the Imperial Street

Fan Zhongyan 范仲淹　989-1057
Poet, philosopher, writer and poet in the Song dynasty.

Su Yongfu is the name of painter.

Rest of the inscriptions,
山明澄畫景口所冩　-　Clear landscape picture painted at 口suo (I can't read one character)
碧雲天黄葉地秋之
色連波波上寒煙翠
Clouds veil blue sky, yellow leaves on earth
The autumn colors are continuously moving on the waves
and above them there is a cold and green mist

There is one more excerpt of the writings from the vase, but I guess it is Fan Zhongyan's poem, as you mentioned, and I can look it up online 😊

The second citation is from the same poet with the title 蘇幕遮　"Hidden from view by a perilla screen"
