Hello Martin, here's a link to a pdf document with the catalog of a 2014 sale by the UK Bonham's Auction House of another vase signed by Fuso Seiko and having a red seal of Tokodo. The vase is pictured, and you only need to use your browser's "find" feature to activate the search window of the pdf to locate the listing. The seal isn't shown but the characters for Fuso Seiko's name are, so no reason to believe the seal isn't identical too.

A large Satsuma ovoid vase
By Seiko, Meiji Period
Boldly painted in enamels and gilt, the body decorated with
overlapping square panels depicting a variety of images including
a dragon emerging from waves, a ho-o flying above paulownia, a
carriage stationed beneath maple branches, a Bugaku ceremonial
drum behind a maku (curtain) and assorted seasonal flowers and
plants beneath a shoulder of lappets enclosing stylised butterflies
among flowers, the base signed Fuso Seiko with seal Tokodo; with
separate wood stand.
