It's Japanese,
九谷松鶴 - Kutani Shōkaku

Meiji or Taisho era product fron Kutani Kanazawa
factory.
Painted by Tomita Shōkaku 冨田松鶴 1847-1925
Pottery artist, was trained by Saita Isaburō.
Started his pottery business in 1867.

I.Nagy - I have a similarly marked ceramic vase. Could you possibly provide some more info on it? I am curious on checking it’s authenticity, if it dates to the same period as your comment indicates, or if it is an apocryphal marking. I purchased it from an antique store in Brooklyn New York. Thank you!
