Subject:Chines / Japanese painting

Dear all,

I have three Chinese/Japanese paintings in collection bought over from some midlands antique fair over a decade ago. Forgot about it and while cleaning over the garage recently stumbled so I thought to check what they are.

There are three separate messages that I am posting as 3 images might not be enough to cover all details for 3 paintings.

It is Chinese,
Inscriptions read,
竹報平安福前祈富貴壽　-　Bamboo reporting safety (Good news from home) with prays for your wealthy and noble longevity
戊寅年之春月冩　-　Painted in the Spring Month of the Year of Earth-Tiger(1998) by
Seal,
李馬剛印　-　Seal of Li Magang

Li Magang, unidentifiable contemporary artist.
