Hi, I've seen a near identical piece described as a Japanese wine pot , early 19th century, thouvh think it might be later . I'd welcome any thoughts as to place of manufacture and whether it might be best described as Kutani, Arita, or something else?

I'd put this in the late 19thc rather than early 19thc.
