Your bronze seal reads QianLong You Zhi 乹隆御製 which means "for the use of the QianLong emperor.

However, the very low quality of the design, the casting and the finish make this totally incorrect.

I suggest this has been made for the tourist market, where a market seller might tell a tall tale to catch the unwary buyer.
