The mark reads right-to-left from the top in three lines as "Jiangxi", "Jingdezhen", "Ming 28 Ci". This translates to: "Jiangxi" (the province), "Jingdezhen" (the municipality), ("famous... '28' (the factory number)...porcelain".
The pot dates to circa mid-20th century (end of the forties (post-WWII and into the 1950s-60s. Gotheborg.com shows this and related marks.
This popular pattern, which is still in production, is laid down with transfers.
