Subject:Chang Dai-chien reproductive print?

Ni hao,
I have what appears to be a reproduction print (feels like modern paper, retaped 3 times, now to a cardboard frame) - noticed his famous 'color splash' mountains
Removed it from a glass frame in order to reveal the writing hidden by the cardboard frame
In the first row, the last five characters appear to be Chang Dai-Chien (Zhang Daqian) signature? Is absence of a seal (Chop) normal?
Also would appreciate translation of the text.
(I have another painting which appears ancient/authentic, with the customary two seals - from my grandfather in Hong Kong)
TaiwanWebMuseum blog has a good article with examples of both his seal and signatures

Thank you for your time
