The mark reads Wang Zhenguo (王振國), who is a still-active Yixing potter. See the link for one of his pots currently appearing online at a Chinese website. The description there says the following (lightly edited):

Wang Zhenguo, an engineering artist, is currently chairman and general manager of Zhenguo Crafts Co., Ltd. in Yixing City. Since 1958, he has been engaged in the production of purple sand art pots and has assisted the director of Yixing Purple Sand Number two processing factory as deputy master craftsman in the reorganization of enterprise technology and talent development in the training of a number of personnel as the technical backbone. For more than 40 years he has been committed to the design and creative research of purple sand pottery, with a profound artistic foundation and creative design ability. The work "Bamboo-slip Dragon Pot" won the Gold Award from the oriental health fair, and his "Well Railing Pot" was named a commemorative pot by the "New People's Evening News".

Best regards,

Bill H.

That would be a question for a veteran collector of these pots, which I have no claim to be, but I suppose not everyone in China automatically has the means or fame to gain individual access to western free markets, advertising media and the specialty exhibition circuit needed to get a foothold in the marketplace.
