Judging by the perfection of the glaze and lack of any hint of toasting on the biscuit foot, I'd say your assumption is warranted. I note there's a hint of the double circle under the glaze on the foot, which would have been traced in underglaze cobalt if this was a Kangxi original with faux Ming mark of 'Made during the Chenghua Reign of the Great Mind Dynasty', as seen on your example.
Maybe we'll hear other opinions on what I believe may be an example of a computer applied pattern, at least as good as the decoration on a souvenir mug from your favorite soccer club.
