DearAnuj,
I started with your other posting without having a more serious looking on this this one. Now, I can say surely that the Korea line can be dropped - the pictures are Chinese.
Here is the reading,
秋園景色 - Autumn garden scenery
甲辰八月 - Year of Wood-Dragon (..1964) August
阮堂呉郡 - *Ruantang, *Wu County
徐風 - Xufeng (Slow breeze) - Pseudonym
Seal,
海虞 - *Hai Yu

*Ruantang; Name of a village in Zhejiang
*Wu County: Historical county name on the bordering area of Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
Chinese painters like to use historical toponyms.
*Hai Yu 海虞 Name of a city in Jiangsu

I think your paintings are from the recent sexagenary cycle.

With regards,
I.Nagy

can this be Wen Zhengming's work

Thank you for your help with the Britannica site about the Four southern talents of the Ming.
However, meantime I have found a painter who is more suited to the parameters given in the inscription, and his name is Xu Feng 徐風 (Surname and given name, not Xufeng as pseudonym)

Xu Feng 徐風 1900-1988 painter born in Wuxi, Jiangsu, was a disciple of the famous horse painter Xu Beihong.

Furthermore, I have found that a part of the historical Wu county 呉県 is same as the current Suzhou City's Wozhongqu 呉中区 district.
Hai Yu 海虞 - city name in seal - is a subordinate city of Changsu on the Yangtse River, very close to Wuxi and Suzhou.
Al these place names can be linked to Xu Feng's sphere of activities.
Ruantang 阮堂 verbatim simply means "Lute Hall"
might have been the name of a studio etc.

After all I would like to see the "Autum garden scenery" pictrure.

With regards,
I.Nagy
