Subject:Satsuma jar calligraphy and mark identification

Hi, would somebody be able to translate the calligraphy on the top band of of this jar that I got today, as well as who made this piece.

漆部ノ石勝罪アリ 流竄セラル
其三子、官奴ヨリ父ノ罪ヲ贖ン
天皇、其孝ヲ嘉ミシ 是ヲ免ジ賜ウ
Iwakatsu, the lacquer committed a crime and was banished to exile. His three sons wanted to take over his charges. The emperor was glad to see their filial piety, exempted him from guilty

流水笛聲 - Flow of water and sounds of flute
雪香囗 Sekka 囗 or Yuki Ka口 - Name of the decorator
三位博雅 鬼ト笛聲ヲ競ウ - San-i Hakuga
(Minamoto no Hiromasa) compete his flute with the demon

Bottom mark,
芳山焼 - Hōzan-yaki (Not the same with 宝山 Hōzan)
薩厂 - Satsuma

Thanks very much! Very interesting, that it has a story for each scene. With he decorator's name, I may be able to provide the third character, since it was difficult to see in my photographs.

I believe that this 茨 is the character, I can't think of what else it may be. If so, how would that change the name of the decorator?

I think the character in question could be an ill-formed "記",
