Signature and dating,
於江府濱部見龍子壽幸　- At *Kōfu by Hamabe Kenryushi Toshiyuki
嘉永七年二月日　- In　February of the 7th Year of Kaei (1854)

Kōfu, name of a town in Inaba Province (Pres. Tottori Prefecture)

Hamabe Toshiyuki (1803-1856) 3rd generation of the Hamabe School of swordsmiths of Inshu-Tottori clan
