Subject:Help finding the Artist of that old Drawing

Hi,

I've found that long drawing, and at the bottom, there are no signature but just this seal. Is this enough to identify the artist ? If so, who is it, or what does the seal says ?

The seal seems to be stronger on the back rather than the front. I wonder if it was sealed on the back maybe ? Posting pictures of that seal from the front, and also from the back. Thank you for any help !

This is a collector's seal - Korean - it reads,
典挹紅嶺蔵書 - Jeon Eup - Hong Ryeung Collection (of Books)　
Since the Korean websites are using only Hangul script, the identification of Korean names written with Chinese characters (Hanja) are almost impossible.
