How about the courtesy of showing what the bowl looks like overall, so as to provide a fighting chance to identify its origin.

The bowl appears to be Japanese and looks new to me due to the shiny glaze. The mark "二郎" came out of my favorite online translator as "Jiro" or "Jirou", which is associated with a famous brand of ramen noodles. Maybe there's a connection, but wait for the forum's specialist Japanese collectors to respond with finer honed perspectives.
