3 1/4" diameter, 2 1/4" tall. Possibly Famille Rose stamp ink box?

Paste and colours of paint along with the rough edged foot consistent with late Qing period porcelain 1865-1900.

The decoration is in Qianjiang style, late 19th - early 20th century I think.
I cannot read Chinese, but the mark look me strange, never seen similar.
