丁丑之春作　-　Painted in the Spring of the Year of Fire-buffalo (1997)
Upper seal (Reversely hewn)
蔡房　-　Cai Fang - Studio Studio - Studio name
Unfortunately I can't decipher the lower seal, probably with pseudonym, also hewn reversely.
