Could anyone help me please with a translation or identification / age of this snuff bottle.

Your snuff bottle is loosely based on a imperial Qing period ivory example.
Unfortunately, yours is neither Qing or ivory. It is ultra-modern tourist type ware made from resin. You can clearly see bubbles and pit holes etc. A hot needle test shall confirm.

Your snuff bottle is made of cast resin (in the second picture you can see the air bubbles around the neck) and is 20th century. The reign mark on the base is irrelevant. We have one we bought in a lot of about 30 snuff bottles.
