玉賣春路 - Yumai Chunlu
Yumai could be a shop or company name. Chunlu
(Spring Road) Quite common street name in China.
正斟携 - Pour (a cup of tea) and take it
文久 - (Wenjiu) or Bunkyu, Japanese era name (1861-1863)
Tokoname potters in Japan, influenced by Yixing ware, began making teapots in the later years of the Edo period. I can find only this explanation to the Bunkyu era name. However, Wen Jiao (文久)could be the art name of potter, too.
I hope the experts on ceramics can give a better explanation.
With regards,
