The mark reads: Satsuma 薩广 (with a shortened 2nd Kanji 摩) Morita 森田 Toku 徳 Sei 徳製 (Made by Morita Toku).
It's a signature of Morita Tokuichi (徳一), probably Toku is short for Tokuichi.

I've included 2 pictures: 1 with the same text as yours with the full Satsuma Kanji. Plus 1 with the full name Morita Tokuichi (+ Ryo-sei = well made). I could not find any more info about this artist.

Regards,
Martin.

薩广 - Satsuma
森田徳(一)製 - Morita Toku(一)-sei

The gilding is very worn so I'm not sure if the "ichi" was in it or not. The lower half of the "sei" is also worn.

According to literature, it should be Tokuichi.

With regards,
I.Nagy
