The mark on your large and lovely vase is associated with Mogi Momonoi & Company, a Japanese ceramics firm that was located at 25 Barclay Street in New York during the early 20th century. I've pasted a link below to my sharing site, where I have uploaded a longish document in Japanese with the firm's history and some pictures of products sold. I've added machine translations that should give you the gist of it. Perhaps the forum's Japanese experts can add further enlightenment.

Bill, thank you for the link.
The text furthermore unfolds that after the death of Imanari Shinichi 今成新一、 Mogi Kitarō 茂木喜太郎 set up a new Joint Stock Company with Momonoi Tatsuo 桃井達雄 in New York (After 1904)
under the name of Mogi, Momonoi & Co. The text doesn't say anything about what kind of mark was used by this new cmpany.
With regards,
I.Nagy

Thank both of you so much for all the wonderful info. I just love this vase. The work that goes into one of these amazes me.
