If not allowed, please delete post. I was told that this is a site where someone may be able to read this mark and give me a value of this bowl?

This is a modern piece from Japan. Printed, decorative value only.

According to the forum's very helpful Japanese expert Martin Michels, this is a mark of "Kozan Gama" (庫山窯), the modern Kozan Kiln. See link below.

So called Minoyaki ware from Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture.
Name of manufacturer; Kozangama-Maebata China Corp.
