I have this painting, it has modern fix on it.
Any help would be appreciated as always.

I guess this a modern and no value painting, as it says on it "modern fix"

Actually, it says "MODEN FIX". Typically, these pieces are souveniers with the owner's name (like "MARY") on them. I suppose MODEN FIX could be a name.
