Subject:Can Anyone Help Identify This
Posted By: Dan Wed, Nov 13, 2019 IP: 107.150.23.223 Hi there. I really do not know much about jade sculptures but I have had this piece for many years kicking around and I was trying to find some information on it. Can anyone help with it's origin and possibly date it? |

Posted By: Dan Fri, Nov 15, 2019 Thanks for your knowledge. The back side is not so exciting but I will post a photo here of it also so you can see. I have not really polished it or anything. I just try to keep it dusted and clean enough. So you figure it was carved in the 19th century? That is pretty neat. My son plays with it a lot. If it is worth something though I probably don't want him playing rough with it though. How does one price something like this? |

Posted By: dan Tue, Nov 19, 2019 Ha, I won't let him play with it anymore. I am in the US so I think that equals around 500-750$ here. It is nice though, I will probably keep it and take better care of it! I appreciate you identifying it for me and the value. Thank you! Maybe one day I will sell it to someone who can appreciate it more than me but in the meantime I will have a new love for jade art. ;) |
