Posted By: Oliver Mon, Nov 11, 2019 This is rather lovely even though it was not originally a hairpin.It has been made in Europe from two pieces of jade which were probably attached to a piece of material;a robe perhaps.You can see a few small holes in the pieces which is where they were attached to the material.However the silversmith has done a lovely job,the back particularly is gorgeous.The jade 19thc the pin as a unit 20th |
