Subject:Request your help identifying Chinese Celadon cup

Hi All, I would greatly appreciate any information you have on this old Chinese cup. There is writing on this side and a seal on the base. The seal is in Chinese as well but difficult to capture in a photo. Thank you!

It's a Republic or somewhat later piece with inscription reading right-to-left as "Beautiful women are like jade" (美人如玉 - Mi ren ru yu).

Just noticed I dropped a letter in the pinyin for "美人如玉", which should be "Mei ren ru yu".
