If anyone can help translate this signature or information on artwork it is appreciated

The signature and seal are of Xu BeiHong. Cormorants were one of his favoured subjects, but I was unable to find this particular painting. Mr Rat may have better resources.

This looks to me as if it could be a multi block woodblock print, either RongBaoZhai or the Tianjin printers

Thank you for the reply......it is on a very fibrous har like paper mounted to board would you know what that is
