Subject:Scroll signature and seal question

Hello everyone,

I found this scroll recently and its seems like signed by Kano Tanyu, but its hard to believe that it could be authentic!
Please share your thoughts on signature translation and seal of an artist, and how to identify the origin of the scroll in general?

Faked signature and seal.

This seens to be the copy of the "running beast" from the "Flying Fowl and Running Beast Picture Scroll" by Kanō Tanyu stored in the Tokyo National Museum

to me this looks very much like an original tanyuu painting.
