When the mark is positioned as shown below, it reads "Jiangxi Tonghua Company" (Jiang-xi Tong-hua Gong-si - 江西桐華公司). According to a blog on the Chinese internet (LINK), this was a well-known 'Red Shop' of the late Qing-Republic era. Such shops earned their names by employing professional painters to decorate porcelain with pinks and reds in the palette; i.e., famille rose colors.
FYI, Tong/桐 is the Paulownia tree, which is known for its fragrant flowers, while Hua/華 has the two principal meanings of "China" and "Flowers". All things considered, and unless someone else knows better, I believe the translation of "Tonghua" in this context would probably be "Paulownia Flower" and not "Chinese Paulownia".
Best regards,
