Subject:Help with reign mark

Hello,

I recently inherited this item but have no information on it. I was wondering if anyone could help regarding the reign mark or even anything about it?

This Chinese mark reads: Zhengde 正德 Nian 年 Zhi 製 Made in the Zhengde period.
Zhengde was a Chinese Ming emperor who reigned from 1506 till 1521.
Real items from that time are very rare, so my believe is - looking at decorations and (lack of) quality - that this dates from the 2nd part of the 20th C.
