The mark reads: Dai Nihon 大日本 - Seto 瀬戸 - Kawamoto 河本 Masukichi 桝吉 Sei 製 (Made by Kawamoto Masukichi - Seto - Great Japan).
Normally Kawamoto is written as 川本, but there are more Kawamoto marks with 河 as the 1st Kanji.
This is a mark of Kawamoto Masukichi 1st A.K.A. Kawamoto Hansuke 5th, or his successor Kawamoto Masukichi 2nd.

Date: Meiji period.

In 1862 Kawamoto Hansuke 5th (1831-1907) established his own porcelain workshop and took the name Masukichi 1st. He was one of the earliest Seto potters to find success with sometsuke painting. In 1877 Masukichi 1st adopted Kawamoto Hideo (1844-1905), the 2nd son of Hansuke 4th, who became Masukichi 2nd in 1886.

Regards,
Martin.
