Subject:Need help with. Asian woodblock

This woodblock is very small only about 4 by 5 1/2 inches. Does seem to have some small worm holes and is attached to another paper. The back has a signature and date I cannot make out the signature but the date is 11/4/50 I’m thinking a lot older than 1950. If anyone can help with the script or the signature it is appreciated

Inscription reads,
牆か坂に　　　　　　　　Kaki ka saka ni
いつかききとるん itsuka kikitorun
朝なぎに asanagi ni
On the fence or on the hillside
Sometimes can be heard
In the morning calm

The pencil writing is not the artist's signature. The year 1850 sounds more realistic.

This is a book page. If the handwritten date is to be believed, it likely refers to 1850. The writing on the back is not a signature, but may be the name of the artist or title of the book from which the page was taken. It is too fuzzy and illegible to determine.
