The first picture shows the signature of Japanese woodblock print artist Utagawa Sadahide (1807 - 73) in the red cartouche. It was printed in the 3rd lunar month of a goat year (likely 1871 (or 1859)). It would be easier to identify the print if you would be willing to show the whole print instead of one little piece.
