Subject:Help with 4 character stamp on bronze/brass

Hello,

I realize these eight immortals teapots are plentiful and cheap but I am still curious as mine appears older and of a higher quality than what is available.

The four characters are of a reign mark that has been used on Chinese brass up to the present day. DaMing XuanDe 大明宣德。

I suggest this is probably no older than a 20th century piece.

That allowed me to narrow down my search significantly and find better examples. I definitely still like mine best. Thank you very much for the prompt information!
