This a print by Toyokuni I (豊国) showing the actor Ichikawa Danjuro (市川 團十郎) in the role of Kingoro (金五郎).

The round seal below the signature is a Kiwame seal, meaning "approved".

The British Museum has a copy, and the webpage states that this is part of a diptych with another actor and is dated 1813.

Your print is by Toyokuni I and was printed circa 1820. It is of the actor Ichikawa Danjuro VII. We have a couple of prints by Toyokuni of the same actor.

Cheers,
Stan
