Posted By: Stan Mon, Sep 09, 2019 Your triptych is by Yoshiiku and printed in 1863. The title is 悪七兵衛景清 中村芝翫 (Akushichibyōe kagekiyo nakamura shikan) which, using a translator, gives me "Evil Shichibei Kyosei Nakamura Shiba" 娘人丸 坂東しうか (usume Hitomaru Bandō Shiuka) "Daughter Maru Bando Shiuka". I hope someone can make more sense of the translation. |
