Hi, I have a painting..not sure if it is Chinese. Does anyone know who artist is? Thank you!

春明　-　Chunmíng - Chinese given name
(If Japanese it reads Shunmei -art name)
Most likely Chinese. It is a new trend in China to have the seal engraved from left to right, like in this case..
