I have owned this for over a decade I would like to know your impressions of this scroll painted on silk with a Lang Shining seal

This seems to be a mashup of Castiglione's portrait of the horse named Nieyunshi (something like "Galloper through the Clouds)
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Horse_Nieyunshi.jpg

...and some text written by a high court official under the Qianlong emperor named Yu Minzhong 于敏中. This text doesn't seem to come from one of other horse paintings in this series of 10 though, and I'm not sure of its origin. The painting is a modern creation from several sources it would seem. The name of the horse in the upper right is different from the image shown here of Qianlong's horse. Not sure what the Manchu says or its origin.

Title,
神駿 - Divine charger
The rest of inscription is written in Manchu language.
On the right hand side, the long Chinese appraisal
text was written by Yu Minzhong 于敏中 1714-1779 -
Chief grand councilor under Emperor Qianlong.
The colophon is on the left side, along the tail of horse -a close up picture of the section would allow the reading.
The large seals are collectors' seals.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Upper (right hand side) seal reads,

呉湖颿潘静淑珍蔵印 - Seal of Wú Húfán and Pan Jinshu's Collection of Rare and Valuable Articles.

Wú Húfán 1894 - 1968 and Pan Jinshu 1892-1939 were
painter couple and connoisseurs. Wú Húfán was the grandson of Wú Dacheng, whose important family art collection was inherited by him.

With regards,
I.Nagy
