Please,I want to know what this mark true or fake.

Possibly made in Japan, where porcelain artists have a long and distinguished history of "borrowing" the Chenghua mark, which they would read as "Dai Ming Seika Nen Sei". The cup is nicely painted in the Kakiemon palette as well, in my opinion. Here's an example of an unsigned Japanese pot for the Southeast Asian Straits Chinese or "Nonya" market in a related palette.

Neither true nor fake!

The Chenghua mark, like the Qianlong and Kangxi marks are very common on what you might call 'homage' items. These are not of the time period, and thus not 'true', nor are they intended to deceive, and thus not 'fake'.

'Fake' is a pejorative word that is flung around with gay abandon, totally denying the practical and decorative appeal of these pieces. A genuine fake is something else - an attempt at theft through deception.

This teacup/wine cup is a pretty little thing. Why not just enjoy it for what it is, and how decorative it is.
