Subject:Help with signature and seal of chinese scroll

I recently bought this lovely Chinese scroll and I'm looking for someone that might be able to transcribe the signature and seal of this Chinese scroll for me. Any additional information is always welcome about the painter

In better case a museum repro, or in worst case a fake picture.

thank you I.nagy it seems to be handpainted and has some age to it. So I think it's likely an imitation painted in the late 20th century
