Posted By: Tom Aspden Wed, Jul 03, 2019 Hi, your charger is Japanese in origin. The first two characters (top and bottom right) read kutani, a ceramics factory, usually producing during the Meiji (1868-1912) and Taisho(1912-1926) periods, but unfortunately I cannot identify the other two characters which will date it more precisely. I would personally suggest that this charger dates to the late Taisho period, so 1920s/30s, however I'm sure that others on this forum may be able to give you more information. |
