Inscription,
中國剪紙　　　　-　Chinese paper-cut
丙戌年冬徳前題　- Year of Fire-Dog (...2006) Winter, Inscription by Deqian
Two seals around the inscription are illegible
Left bottom seal,
鄧民剪紙　　-　Deng Min Paper-Cut
