Subject:liu hai bronze three legged toad

This is cast in two parts and soldered/welded.Was covered in earth when I bought it. Traces of earlier gilding under the dirt. What age is this item please. Approximate value please. Thanks.

Discovered this was brought back from the far east by great grandad after WW2

UPDATE:Sorry, apparently according to my wife, this belonged to her great grandfather. The fact that it was covered in earth made me think it was one of my purchases from a metal detectorist some time ago but she assures me it is hers and brought back in a knapsack from the far east after WW2. Hope this helps. My friend said it looked like liu hai but I don't know?
