東湖夜月 - Donghú yeyue - East lake Night Moon -
(Title of scenery painted on the cup) Name of the lake in Nanchang City (Jiangxi)
Tourist souvenir item.

The scenery of East Lake and its island complex of temples and natural attractions has gained historic and far-reaching fame across China. Being close to Jingdezhen, the area has been widely celebrated as well in porcelains, some old and by accomplished artists. Since we can't really appreciate Philip's bowl from the stingy view shown herein, here are a couple of links to auction listings of earlier examples.
