We are jizai collectors, not Japanese speakers, but your signature looks like one on a silver dragon we have (see photo). We have it catalogued as by Muneyoshi (Tanaka Tadayoshi (? - 1958)). He's described in some of the literature as the most prolific of the late 19th-early 20th C makers (lots of insects, like yours), and a disciple of the Tomiki, as opposed to the Myochin, school. Although not rare, the good news is that he's very good, and the subject of an essay in the November 27, 2018 Christie's auction of articulates in Hong Kong. The market is a bit thin and hard to figure now, but or the best prices remain well above where they were for years.
