Subject:Chinese Scrolls

I have 2 scrolls that were given to me. Since I don't know Chinese, I have no idea what they are and any assistance would be appreciated. I will do them in separate messages in order to keep the pictures separate.
This one has several seals as well as 2 pieces of Chinese text added on the top right and lower left margins in addition to the Chinese text on the upper left of the picture. I will send another message with 3 more pictures.

蜀群克成　-　Shujun Kecheng -Shujun is the archaic name of Chengdu City, Kecheng is the given name of artist
2nd seal,
鄧　- Deng -　Family name of artist
3rd seal,
克成書畫　-　Calligraphy and picture of Kecheng
Inscription on the side,
成都無線電機械學校　-　Chengdu Wireless Electric Machinery School

Deng Kecheng 鄧克成　1959-
Chendu born painter of landscapes, flowers and bamboos. President of Chengdu Yeshan Art School, Member of Sichuan Branch of China Artists Association.
